Quién trata tus datos

Citusmedia Producción Audiovisual S.L.U., con los datos indicados arriba.

Qué datos tratamos

• Los que nos envíes a través del formulario de contacto o por correo electrónico: nombre, productora, email y la información sobre tu proyecto que quieras compartir. El formulario nos hace llegar la consulta por correo electrónico; la web no guarda una copia.
• Para evitar envíos masivos, el servidor conserva durante unos minutos una huella cifrada de la dirección IP desde la que se envía el formulario, que no permite identificarte y se descarta después.
• Datos técnicos de conexión (dirección IP, fecha y hora, tipo de navegador) que el servidor registra de forma automática por seguridad.
• Estadísticas de visitas: páginas vistas, web de procedencia, tipo de navegador y sistema, tamaño de pantalla, país, región e idioma del navegador. Son datos agregados que no permiten identificarte.

Para qué y con qué base legal

• Responder a tus consultas, estudiar tu proyecto y preparar propuestas: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b del RGPD) y tu consentimiento, que nos das al marcar la casilla del formulario (art. 6.1.a).
• Gestionar la relación profesional si llegamos a trabajar juntos: ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b) y cumplimiento de obligaciones legales (art. 6.1.c).
• Mantener la seguridad de la web y protegerla frente a abusos, incluida la huella temporal de la IP: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f).
• Saber cuántas visitas recibe la web y de dónde llegan: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f).

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

El tiempo necesario para atender tu consulta; las que no terminen en un encargo se eliminan en un plazo máximo de un año. Si se formaliza un encargo, durante la relación profesional y después durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, la normativa fiscal y mercantil). Los registros técnicos del servidor se conservan durante el tiempo limitado que fija el proveedor de alojamiento.

A quién se comunican

No cedemos tus datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. Los proveedores tecnológicos que nos dan servicio, como el alojamiento web (Arsys Internet, España), el correo electrónico y el servicio de estadísticas GoatCounter, pueden acceder a ellos solo para prestarnos ese servicio, como encargados del tratamiento y con las garantías que exige el RGPD.

3. Cookies

Esta web no utiliza cookies ni herramientas de publicidad. La tipografía y el vídeo se sirven desde nuestro propio servidor.

Para contar las visitas usamos GoatCounter, un servicio de estadísticas que no instala cookies ni guarda nada en tu dispositivo. No almacena tu dirección IP ni crea perfiles: solo registra datos agregados (páginas vistas, procedencia, navegador, sistema, tamaño de pantalla, país, región e idioma del navegador).

Si eliges un idioma con el selector ES | EN, tu navegador recuerda esa elección para la próxima visita. Es una preferencia que pides tú, se guarda solo en tu dispositivo y no se usa para identificarte. Puedes borrarla desde los ajustes de tu navegador.

Who processes your data

Citusmedia Producción Audiovisual S.L.U., as identified above.

What data we process

• The data you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company, email address and any information about your project you choose to share. The form forwards your enquiry to us by email; the website does not keep a copy.
• To prevent mass submissions, the server keeps an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the form is sent from for a few minutes. It cannot identify you and is then discarded.
• Technical connection data (IP address, date and time, browser type) that the server logs automatically for security.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, referring website, browser and operating system, screen size, country, region and browser language. This is aggregated data that cannot identify you.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries, reviewing your project and preparing proposals: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Managing our working relationship if we work together: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Keeping the website secure and protecting it from abuse, including the temporary IP fingerprint: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Knowing how many visits the website gets and where they come from: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry; enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within one year at most. If we take on a project together, for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial rules). Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider.

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our technology providers, such as web hosting (Arsys Internet, Spain), email and the GoatCounter statistics service, may access it only to provide their services to us, as data processors and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability by writing to info (at) citusmedia.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails without your prior consent.

3. Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no advertising tools. The typeface and the video are served from our own server.

To count visits we use GoatCounter, a statistics service that sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It does not store your IP address or build profiles: it only records aggregated data (pages viewed, referrer, browser, operating system, screen size, country, region and browser language).

If you choose a language with the ES | EN switch, your browser remembers that choice for your next visit. It is a preference you set yourself, it stays on your device and is not used to identify you. You can clear it in your browser settings.
